　　常來五分埔逛街的人都知道，在永吉路和松山路口附近有一間超人氣美味割包店，可以說是來到五分埔必吃的美食。老闆娘傳承來自婆婆的手藝，選材用料都不敢馬虎，料多實在又美味的割包有獨家的口味，割包裡頭的夾肉要肥要瘦還可以自己決定。

　　老闆娘表示說，割包要好吃其中滷肉是關鍵，滷肉採先炒後滷，將肥肉中的油脂逼出，製作過程長達七至八小時，滷到肥肉和瘦肉分離，嚐起來的口感肥而不膩、入口即化，再搭配上梅干口味的酸菜成為獨家口味。

　　最特別的是，您還可以依個人喜好選擇肥肉、瘦肉、綜合、綜合偏肥、綜合偏瘦五種搭配，這樣的組合選擇特別考量到那些不敢吃肥肉的朋友們。
